shoes are bad
I observed that men who wear shoes all the time, like me, have hair loss while those who go barefoot or wear flipflops and slippers often have more hair if not no hair loss at all ..
anyone else notice this?

Think ancient Greeks and what they wore. They still suffered MPB.
I don't see men not wear shoes where i live.

I think this has something to do with earthing. There's a few recent posts about it here.

Could be related to earthing although probably irrelevant, its the same as people saying "all fat people have good hair" or something similar, correlation does not imply causation.

now that is an interesting observation.. i literally wear shoes/socks all the time. maybe something to do with too much heat staying in body or something?

dubious
though i never bothered verifying it, one doctor said that wearing shoes all the time could lead to development of fungus which could absorb into the body through the soles of the feet

Interesting.
Plus it cant be good for circulation.. and earthing. It's summer time where i live and i am seeing some men in slippers, and when i see that i look at the hair and its often full and thick.

Low basal temperature can be indicative of low thyroid function.

well, i am going to wear my slippers as often as i can this summer. they are made of leather so i hope that offers more of a grounding material than plastic or foam that other slippers are made of.
Also, something about being barefoot feels very relaxing, it feels like my feet are breathing.

The only benefit I could see if that being barefoot ( not talking about slippers) all the time makes you have stronger feet, ankles, and possibly more earthing as well as another bit of skin that can absorb some sun... I always have shoes/socks and my feet are much lighter complexion than say my arms...lol

This idea initially seemed crazy, but there might be something to it. After coming home in the evening, you don't feel comfortable until you take off your shoes/socks and change out of your jeans. Socks are particularly uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep with socks on even during winter nights.
It probably relates to what Mastery said.
People are generally uncomfortable in public, at least subconsciously. Probably a combination of uncomfortable clothes, and the need to adhere to social expectations and present yourself in a particular way to other people.

Oh, i also slept in socks for years! but taking them off i feel liberated also relaxed. I think wearing shoes all the time causes stress for some reason, and stressed men are more likely to bald than relaxed ones IMO.

Correlation, not automatically causation. For example, some people who rarely wear shoes are surfer types, who get plenty of sun, which has some direct and indirect benefits to the scalp, and they're physically active, which presumably benefits hair. Also, diabetes, which is associated with thinning, basically forces people to wear shoes all the time.

I know, but it is fun to think of correlation. I mean just watch mainstream medicine, it's full of correlation.. so, let me act like a doctor for once
