Best Natural, Nutraceutical Mold/Fungal/Protozoa Killers
I've been following many of Rdkml's and other's posts over the past several weeks and there are so many different solutions talked about that I wanted to create a thread where
people could submit what they feel are the best nutraceuticals for killing these organisms.
I'm avoiding the Rife/Frequency solutions for this outing because my budget simply does not oblige me to buy the equipment. What supplements/foods can kill these persistent opportunists?
I'm not so much interested in a laundry list as I am in putting together the avenger team of products. In my mind, I'm thinking of berberine, olive leaf extract, iodine, etc. But I've also heard that juicing carrots several times daily can eliminate mold problems, for example. Based on what you've learned, what is the avenger team of foods and supplements for this purpose and if you have information on why, that would be great also.

Is there a specific ailment you are trying to attack?

Well I had toenail fungus a few years ago and the only thing that finally killed it off was Lamisil.
I know Oil of oregano is supposed to be a powerful fungus killer as well as eucalyptus oil (which is in the thieves oil blend that jdp recommends to diffuse to kill mold in the home).

For some reason, Rife is brutally expensive, even if the electronics cost less than 50 bucks they charge you thousands of dollars. I would stay away completely from it, for more reasons than the $.
In my experience, you require a few weeks to months to make progress, with things like:
-Enteric coated garlic (by itself, this might be enough) - 3 pills a day with food
-Emulsified oregano oil - a few tabs per day (dose varies), this can get rid of protozoan infections deeply seated
-Curcumin & Resveratrol (this seems to be a selective booster of good flora)
-Psyllium /bentonite combo - 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach for general cleansing and removal of bacterial toxins
-No kefir (for now), but a good PROVEN probiotic like S. Boulardii, Lactobacillus GG, and a few others, proven to boost levels of other good bacteria and are anti-inflammatory
There's much to talk, but hope this helps.

Actually, one can use a computer to generate Rife frequencies. Or a better method would be to buy a frequency generator/Rife machine for about $100 - 300. Even EMEM's are very widely used which you can buy one used for about $400.
The expensive models are expensive not because they are ripping you off but are more complicated in electronics. I don't really understand how to build them but I've seen others try to build them and they end up with the conclusion it's best to just buy one as you aren't saving much money and a big hassle. In short, the expsensive models the price is so as they can produce different wave forms (e.g. square waves are best in general), multiple frequencies at the same time (needed for increased penetration in the body and faster results), higher frequency range, increased accuracy, ability to sweep/fuzz around frequencies as Rife originally did due to non digital ways to produce frequencies. Not to mention there is the cost for how you want to deliver the frequencies to you such as Plasma or pulsating magnets. Although, handholds or foot pads work but they get old very fast having to hold them.

My vote goes to avoidance of food that your sensitive to. Food sensitivities are extremely common but few realize they have a food sensitivity. I don't mean lactose intolerance as that's an obvious one. There are less obvious ones that produce very mild symptoms or take a long time to manifest or a long time to decline in symptoms.
The next would be chelation. Chelation will also reduce your pathogen load A LOT. And for when one is older, blood donation (i.e. iron) would be very important as almost all pathogens use iron for their reproduction.
And of course the mouth would also be very big as well. And don't forget, if you have bleeding gums, such as when you floss, it's extremely important to stop that ASAP. Most toothpastes do not work to kill pathogens. Xyltiol, baking soda, salt and others will however.
After this and only after this, I would buy supplements.
hope this helps
