Regrowth poll

I was hoping to get a poll going to document what kind of results people are getting from different methods.
Please vote, then post a detailed description of your method, as well as the length of the treatment and percentage regrown, and percentage of your original hair ON TOP that you had lost at the beginning of treatment.

Daily:
5 min. Tom Hagerdy exercise
20 min brushing w/ boar bristle
3 min towel rub
10 min pinching/ stretching scalp
20 min. Brushing fingertips across scalp in circles
1 glass of ginkgo tea in the morning
Nothing health related except trig not to eat too much fast food and no sodas

When I started, I had lost roughly 65% of the hair on top of my head. Since I started 2 months ago, I would say that I have seen an increase of my existing hair on top to approximately 2%. Several vellus hairs along my hairline as well as in my crown have turned dark and visible.
