Re: POLL: Would you like D3 in Decalcify?
I'm wondering, on days where we are out in the sun a lot, would taking internal d3 prevent our bodies from absorbing/utilizing vitamin d from the sun, since it would be using the internal d3 first?

Honestly, I plan on taking 4 caps a day for the vitamin K so I don't know that I want too much vitamin D thrown in there, especially in the summer months.
D3 is about $15 for a year's supply, so I'm not sure I'd give up the convenience of taking exactly the amount of D3 that I want to save a dollar ten a month.
