You'll want to look into astaxanthin, which is most likely superior. I wouldn't trust ads on thesun.

There is older research that supports the use of both Green tea and Grape seed extract in terms of hair growth.

The one on thesun had a huge picture of a brand name supplement. Could just buy those extracts separately for cheaper. Either way astaxanthin is said to be king of caratanoids, so is more powerful than zeaxanthin.
