Recommendations for sunburn? Empty Recommendations for sunburn?

Post  LeBrianJones Fri May 15, 2015 1:10 pm

Went to the beach over the weekend with a bunch of friends, half of us came back sunburned. Nothing serious, just some mild reddening here and there and barely any pain. Any ideas to reduce long term damage? I've been putting on aloe twice a day. I'll make sure to work up a tan before I go to the beach next time.

After sunburn, apply Virgin Coconut oil all over, this will help greatly.

To stop sunburn take vitamin D3 tables, 4000 UI a day. Takes about 3-4 weeks to work and it wills stop you getting sunburnt. Not many people know about the Vitmain d3 sunburn connection but it does work, tried it on many of my friends GL.
