CS- What factors into hair and skin color change?
I've been thinking about what you mentioned in previous post/s about your hair changing color as you took better care of your body/health--very intriguing.
Was recently thinking of my hair color when I was younger. It was much lighter, like a reddish light brown. As a grown man it is a dark brown almost black depending on the lighting. Does this change happen due to increases in certain hormones or a build up of toxicity in the body? Or possibly something else...
Also, when I was younger I remember tanning easily. I look at pictures and it amazes me how much color my skin had (in the same latitude) compared to now. This could be due to more time out in the sun having fun. My skin now is a lot paler and sensitive to sun light though.
Curious to see if I'm on to something here. Would like to read your thoughts on it.
Anyone else can chime in too!

I'm not certain exactly on the why.

Brewers yeast is very good for darkening hair, and astaxanthin is reported to improve tanning.

CS- alright, thanks. I was just curious. It could all be unrelated and just natural progression, but in the end nothing can be truly gauged if health is not optimal.
