I've been reading around the forum regarding soya milk and all I found is that the negativity around it is based on the GMO aspect of it. Here in the UK our soya is made of non-GMO soyabeans, is this safe to consume then? Some brands have added potassium iodide and Lithothamnium Calcareum (red sea weed) added to them, would this counter balance the thyroid activity diminishing effect of soya?

It would yes for the most part. However, soy protein is not as effective as whey protein. Soy protein in general is much less desired for many reasons, so despite some compensation factor...there are other reasons to opt for another source of protein.

I'm using whey protein concentrate at the moment, I've been reading around the forum and I read your comment where you said; the positives outweigh the negatives when it comes to whey protein, that's one of the reasons I've stuck with it. I'm thinking of adding the soya milk due to its isoflavone content around 30mg per glass, is this generally good for AGA. I'm 25year old male, have used soya isolate protein in the past as well as soya milk giving me daily intake of 120mg soya isoflavone but I pretty much quit when I read articles about its estrogenegic effect etc and subsequently lost great amount of hair.

I've got another question, I'd be glad if you could help on that. I had cavities in between two molars and the dentist drilled it and put white resin in there. Basically it came out couple of times and I feel there is infection there and I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck and ear. Doctor told me I have inflammation most likely due to tooth infection. This has been annoying me so much and I keep getting headaches, is it OK to remove the two molars and leaving gap there. What would you suggest in this case?

Would try this as a first option:

http://www.calciumtherapy.com/

While you are dealing with the pain, would try oil pulling to reduce or eliminate the pain and to reduce the infection.

If all of the above measures do not work well enough, then would consider the removal as a last resort while employing the correct dentist to do so.

Thanks mate, I'll use the oil pulling method for a while. Can I just go to my normal dentist or any recommendations for a dentist in England?

About the soya milk, so is it safe to assume that couple of glasses would be OK for AGA?
