Cow Milk or Soya Milk, What better ??

I am thinking of switching from cow's milk to soya milk, it would be good ? My doctor said that the soya milk contains Isoflanovas, which seems to be good for the hair

My advice is stay away from soy milk. It's not even made with fermented soy. If you don't have enough seaweed or seafood in your diet, the soy will fuck up your thyroid - i.e. bad for hair.

If you really need a milk substitute, try almond milk.
