How can I get my hair to grow faster? msm?

Next week is big for me and I strategically got my haircut a couple weeks in advance so it would be at the perfect length. Problem is, I didn't time it right. I should have went a week even earlier or so, and then it would be perfect for next week. So my question is, how do i get it to grow a bit faster, so I get there at some point next week?

I've heard msm does this? but is it bad for you? or bad for hairloss otherwise in general?

I've never had problems with MSM. You can use it topically and internally.

Low-Level Laser Treatment has a tendency to grow hair faster but doesn't sound like you have a lot of time.

So is msm my only option at this point? Can anyone else comment on it's effectiveness and safety?

google tom hegartys scalp excercises. they make your hair grow faster from increased blood flow from my past experience over the space of a few days. however can be risky for hair loss in long term i think.

handstand press ups seem to help.

Wash it everyday in cold/hot water alternations should help it grow faster than normal.

one week isnt long enough for MSM to make much of a difference but it wont hurt anyway.

Massively increase your uptake of all sulfur based nutrients - cabbage, cabbage and more cabbage. Plus onions & garlic. Just steam it all, with good protein.
