So far I have been worrisome of side effects of taking supplements such as Saw Palmetto. And I am also unsure, whether other supplements could cause gynecomastia as well. For example krill oil, fish oil, vitamin B6 P5P + zinc, resveratrol + curcumin are known to reduce DHT as well. Does this mean that they can cause gynecomastia as well? Or is it just with saw palmetto?

So what regimen would be best to take for a complete hair loss recovery regimen with no worries. So far I'm thinking

Supplements for decalcification: Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 and Magnesium Oil
Supplements for metal detox: Chlorella, Humifulvate
Supplements for estrogen dominance and hormone balancing: Maca and Iodine
Supplements for antioxidant: resveratrol, green tea
Supplements for inflammation and insulin resistance: curcumin, fish oil
General Multivitamin: High in B vitamins, Zinc, Copper and Selenium
A good topical or shampoo for hair loss
DHT inhibitor:so...is saw palmetto necessary? And if taken along with maca and iodine to combat estrogen dominance, should there be any concern of gynecomastia?

Saw Palmetto is not necessary. I used it in the late 1990's. Some other DHT blockers later, I realized that blocking DHT is not the answer.

Would recommend Krill over fish oil for many reasons. Much of what you listed is good.
In my opinion Ecklonia cava is must have.
