Massage on Scalp Empty Re: Massage on Scalp

I love it. It may help with calcification/fibrosis issues (which from what we're seeing on the threads headed by ActionReaction, based on Prague's regimen, seems to possibly be the key to this whole MPB mess). I find that it helps immediately with inflammation when done right. The only problem with it is you can see more hair fall while doing it or after. My thinking is that those hairs would fall out eventually anyway and will grow back stronger because of the massage but it still can stress one out. Normally if I'm consistant with them over a week or so my scalp and hair feel much stronger and the hair fall decreases.

I think it's kinda like Yoga for the scalp. Definitely can't hurt.

And I think the calcification is probably the key to health, that's another reason to consider eliminating it as a part of your regimen.
