Gargling Salt Water Empty Gargling Salt Water

Is there any long term benefits into gargling with salt water for my teeth or gums or is it just temporary relief from toothaches and gums pains? I am trying to get my mouth area healthy. I think I might try some oil pulling. But if I can get good benefits from warm salt water then I have to keep trying. I know there was a thread on a daily topic, but I can't find them if any one can drop input or a link thanks.

I don't think I can answer your questions entirely, but I bet this can...

Brushing your teeth with your tongue after eating will help. Smile
