You can use salt loading for preparing your body to detox bromide(before supplementing iodine) and also later on if syptoms are hard on you. Wright salt should be best for this purpose...
How to do it is described in the first post and later on there is some discussions on the specifics https://immortalhair.forumotion.com/t3369-iodine-supplementation-protocol-salt-loading

I did the salt water flush while doing the Master Cleanse. In my case, I waited to do it till I think Day 7 of the Cleanse, and continued to do it for 3 days until I finished the cleanse on Day 10.

Essentially, you wake up, warm up a quart of water while adding sea salt continually until you can't mix any more into solution (meaning, salt particles are visible at the bottom of the pot, and won't get mixed in further), then you drink it down (I chugged it, it's really not that gross).

Then, you sit down and massage your intestine to help the water push through and break up the fecal matter in there. About 45 minutes after, you're basically urinating out of your ass! Very refreshing. I felt like a kid coming off that cleanse...planning on doing another variation of that detox in a month or so.

Hey there Nidhogge,

Any chance of posting an outline of your Master cleanse and salt water flush? I'd like to do an effective cleanse very soon.
