Iodine for puffy face?

Has anyone on Iodine noticed their face leaning up or reduction in puffiness? My face has been puffy lately espeically around the cheeks and eyes, since Iodine is good for properly functioning thryroid i wondered if it would help the face not be so bloated. Anyone have any input on this?

Bump. Noone has any expierence with iodine slenderizing their face? or not?

Iodine in general will slenderize your whole body from my experience, including your face.

Yes that makes sense. I was talking about face in particular, cuz a puffy face is a sign of Hypo thyroidism. I dont know if im Hypo but ive been having a prob with puffy face lately. Unless I eat really really clean for a couple of weeks, then it goes away.

As I understand, most people are hypothyroid to some extent, or hyper. Stick with the iodine though!

iodine will also help with estrogen which causes increased body fat and water retention.

really? I didnt know iodine had anything to do estrogen. Thats another bonus i guess. Im going to start lugols next week. I started heavy metal detox yesterday. Hoping to add minerals in a couple of weeks and see what happens.

Best bet when using minerals while chelatingis to use ionic minerals in water, as it seems you will get a double chelating effect, they knock out the inactive versions of themselves in your body.

I was going to use the sublingual copper/manganese/cobalt from labcatal, that you and prague were recomending. Is this the same thing? Ionic?

Yeah, it's what I'll be switching to as soon as possible. The minerals really are the basics, of any aspects of our health.
