Rhodiola vs Sensoril vs L-Tyrosine
In terms of dealing with fatigue as well as stress which out of the three is the best? [I am often fatigued in the morning and afternoons irrespective of how much sleep I get]
Is any one of the three superior in terms of its effects on hair?
Is it advisable to take iodine as a supplement even though the in the blood tests my sensitive TSH is in the normal range?
Thanks!

Phosphatidylserine is the best in my opinion. It actually downregulates ACTH which is stimulated by stress. I wouldn't even mess with the others. Tyrosine can make stress worse in some cases.
To find the appropriate amount of iodine you need to get a spot/load test. IH has a link to it in the phsyiology section.
TSH is not an approriate thyroid test you need free T4, free T3, and perhaps reverse T3 as well.

I agree on the PS--I take 600mg a day, it's what allows me to deal with all the stress of laser helmet orders, group buy orders, and topicals that I'm formulating on top of other stuff, lol..
Magnascent Iodine (puremagoil.com) is great for energy boosts as well, and you may want to look into Corcyceps Sinensis--a fungus that grows on the back of Asian larvae. Very healthy and good for natural energy as well.
