It's funny you should mention about a book as that's the original reason why I did this. I was thinking until CausticSymmetry writes another ebook or writes a book then I'll just have to gather all his posts from this forum and make one long post. Ideally it would have been better to put it in a PDF format though.

Either way, for all those people that asked CausticSymmetry to write a book ... well, here it is, lol. All you have to do is print it out on a printer and spend the next week or two reading.

Yup he's got to write a book for sure. I always keep thinking, who is this guy to help a bunch of random people for absolutly no reason? He's just genuinly a good person. Everything good coming his way is completly deserving.

Lots of people deserve credit for pushing me to make a forum like this and it's been quite apparent that we've had a really great gathering of amazing contributors on here, so thanks for making this a collection of collaborative research and efforts.

The information all of us have put together on here so far has exceeded any expectations I've ever had.
