Fenugreek seeds

Apparently indians use this as a hairloss treatment. Anyone has any experience on this?

Never tried it myself, but this is a study done by a German company on hair loss,using a product comprising Fenugreek seeds plus a mixture of micronutrients and vitamins.

It's recommended for treating hyperglycemia. It should help with hair loss.

yes it will put up your dht when u eat it . on my hair loss have to see
