Ideas For Improving Enzyme Treatments

I've been thinking about ways to improve the effectiveness of enzyme based treatments, such as Papaya...

The first is to clean the scalp with clay or some sort of cleansing protocol before application. Then to use steam to open up the pores of the scalp. This should ensure more of the enzyme penetrates closer to the bulb?

Secondly, after application - to engage in 20 minutes of high intensity cardio exercise - perhaps this should be done later. The idea here is to help with the natural removal of waste (in this case calcium) by improving lymphatic drainage.

Any thoughts or ideas? Do these sound like worthwhile ideas?
