Facial skin redness Empty Facial skin redness

IH,

I'm experiencing some redness in my face of late. I'm wondering if there's anything in the regimen that could cause some facial redness or if there is something out there you know that can help with it.

It's mostly concentrated in my T-zone, forehead/nose/cheeks. A little bit of my chin. Kind of makes me look wind/sun burned. I am spending a lot more time outside since I have a new dog.

Could using a high amount of D-3 and getting sun exposure cause that? Could the lugols iodine cause it?

I re-started using the aubrey organics seabuckthorn soap yesterday after stopping it months ago in an effort to calm things down.

hadrion - Based on your recent difficulty with digestion, it's possible you're low on stomach acid and you could be experiencing bouts of rosacea. If my guess is correct, you might try a small trial of betaine HCL to see if that helps reduce the inflammation.

Thanks IH. Interesting that it can be related to that. Actually makes sense since this appeared to coincide with the reflux. I will give it a try.
