Oat Milk - Safe? Empty Oat Milk - Safe?

Post  commando Tue Oct 20, 2009 9:59 pm

Hey guys,

I have been making my own almond milk for some time now, but due to a change in living arrangements, it's going to be too much of a hassle to continue making this stuff.

I picked up a carton of already made almond milk, full of sunflower oil! Am now thinking of buying Oat milk instead...

I know non-instant oats are relatively okay to consume, can i expect the same thing from Oat milk? If so can anyone recommend a good brand?

Cheers.
