Desperate's Question Time

Ok so from now on I will use this one Topic to post all my questions and condense my bable. The itching scalp sorness went away!!! Finally i did drop everything for 2 days but im not sure that was the reason. I have no idea whether i could contribute the inflamation and shed to IH6 but im glad it seems to have stopped.
1.However I have noticed that when I swallow all thos pills I have been feeling the need to urninate, and this feeling does not go away, its bizare even when ive been. So I was wondering if this was an overdoes of something? I know my body is very sensitive to what goes in so perhaps im too sensitive? Any thoughts oof what could do that?
2. Has anyone after a month suffered a shed on IH6, could it be a seasonal shed?
