Hello guys,
I would like to have your advice (mainly CS) :
What do you think about hydrocurc :
They say that it's water "dispersible" which could help absorption : https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs00394-018-1766-2
Would you think it's somethink to think about ? I found a way to get caps of 450mg Hydrocurc + 200 mg Trans-resveratrol with a british website. You can make your own caps with their ingredient.
(I travel a lot and it's quite complicate to get a stock for 15/20 caps daily)
If someone know about this one, I would love to ear about it.
So for you, should we still use 400/500 mg daily with this ?
