If you wanna live to be 100
Lower your glucose, creatinine and uric acid levels. What could be easier? I'm a sucker for these "observational" studies but it doesn't mean they don't have any merit. Who needs excess glucose, uric acid (a waste product) and creatinine anyway?

Based on the scientific inferences just on hair and longevity research, keeping glucose levels low is definitely a key factor.
Easiest way to do that is not to provoke the glycerol fatty acid cycle (mix fat and carbs together).
