Any new interventions at the anti-aging front?
CS and others, do you have any new insights or "clinical pearls“ regarding the slowing down/reversing of the aging process?
I think still big is:
- blood sugar control
- less toxins in/more toxins out
- iron metabolism
- sleep quality/stress management/exercise etc.
- antioxidant status
- blood flow
- thyroid function
- increasing adult stem cells (AFA, sea buckthorn extract, colostrum etc.)
- reducing scenescent cells (Fisetin etc.)
- increasing NAD+ (B3 etc.)
Any changes to your regime you have done, CS? Thanks for your feedback!

I'll highlight some of the stuff that hasn't been addressed much.
Sunlight versus Vitamin D supplementation and ways to get it artificially that is close to sunlight, which offers a system wide benefit, including promotion of more melatonin.
Addressing structural issues, often hidden and not very well disseminated among allopaths.
Addressing dental problems, a true epidemic including issues with Proprioception.
Addressing issues with allopathic medications/drugs.
Preventing exposure to unnecessary toxins, such as some found in air, water, lotions, toothpastes, deodorants, antiperspirants, sun-screens, "air-fresher's, etc.
Determining correct diet type (ancestral and/or metabolic typing).

This might sound a little funny but years ago this guy said that if you suck in your stomach all day its actually good for you and keeps you looking younger. He did it all the time and he looked a lot younger than his age. Something about excreting toxins better. Maybe aids with digestion too. If anything it tightens up those abs.

Which dental problems do you have in mind (and what problems do they cause)?

Thanks, CS! Can you elaborate „ Sunlight versus Vitamin D supplementation and ways to get it artificially that is close to sunlight, which offers a system wide benefit, including promotion of more melatonin.“?
Do you mean UVB-lamps?

Vitamin E helps build collagen which keeps the skin young looking and firm too.

Something like this:

While they cannot make any claims - I do know that anecdotally this raises vitamin D levels. No only that, but has other benefits that cannot be obtained from the Vitamin D3 supplement. So this also, means the need to take Vitamin K2 is no longer necessary, as precaution normally one would take if they are taking Vitamin D3.
