Dutasteride Scalp Mesotherapy

Has anyone had dutasteride scalp mesotherapy injections for treating their hair loss? If so what were you results?
I have seen some good results of before and after pictures online. It seems like a promising treatment.
The question is would it cause side effects. Though studies seem to indicate it is much safer than oral dutasteride.

I remember reading that due to the larger dalton molecular size of Dutasteride, it’s hard for it to get through the scalp into systemic circulation, which in theory would be great. I don’t know how much truth there is to that though?
