Microwaves - safe or not?
There's an old thread about this, but it was posted 14 years ago. I thought I would check in with you guys to see if there's any new information.
Are microwaves perfectly safe and healthy, as all the mainstream sources suggest?
Or are they household hazards that damage our food and our health?

These days it's increasingly difficult to get a proper two sided view of a subject, since Waki-pedia, ChatGPT, World Hoax Organization (WHO) and all of Google and various other captured "search engines" are all gatekeepers of what is 'correct' information.
I personally haven't used a microwave oven in other 20 years. Also, people I had advised who stopped using it noticed they feel better.
An article like this would not likely come up in those mainstream sources:

I'm wondering if there is a difference between cooking food with microwaves vs just heating it(already cooked food)? Because I do use microwave oven to heat my food.
