My girlfriend is pregnant. What supplements do you recommend?
Outside of the top 6 and ancillary (let me know if any of these are not needed or recommended).
I plan to give her some large doses of chlorella, outside of that I'm not too sure.

Once the healthy baby is ready, the real danger is once it reaches the hospital - It's a medical death cult these days.
Best solution at that point is to look for a midwife for home delivery.
Here's why:
Besides the obvious reasons such all the quackcines they will try to con-vince to push...not to mention the toxic
Vitamin K shot (it's not real vitamin K and it's not needed).
"medical professionals" adhere to standard of care, designed to increase profitably, but create an outcome with
minimal human quality.
They will purposely dehydrate the birthing mom and starve her, to increase the chance of difficult labor,
so that they can introduce harmful painkillers to "assist delivery" then they will use monitor to justify
the increased "need" to do a cesarean, this is almost always a bad idea, plus will deprive it of healthy bacteria
to prevent a lifetime of allergies.
Once the baby is out of the womb, then they will cut the umbilical cord too quickly, which will deprive the baby
of essential nutrition...so without that, will increase the chance that it needs to stay over and do other unnecessary treatments, which will cause separation from the mother and baby depriving it of bacteria and touch...all vital
for long term health.
This is just a drop of the bucket...could go on, because these "rituals" are all designed to complicate matters.

I'm pretty sure we plan to do a midwife, I'll need to research more as always maybe midwife near a hospital in case of any complications.
I understand about the medical establishment and am very wary.
Do you know the name of the prenatal supplement that was in the link?
Thanks CS.

She'll need selenium and zinc with iodine supplementation as always right?
