Sinusitis - please help!

CS, can you offer any natural remedies for sinusitis please?

Mine has flared up dramatically in the last few weeks. Hay fever has been really bad here in the UK this summer.

I am at the point where I wake up in the morning and I cannot breathe out of my nose at all. I am resorting to taking Sudafed nasal spray (Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% w/v) every 8-10 hours

I have been taking quercetin for years and now also take cetirizine hydrochloride, but they do nothing to help.

If you've got sinus congestion either a netti pot (saline)

or something like this will help very quickly.
