Anyone here still taking Curcumin?

Or any supps from the Top 6 IH Regimen?
It has been years since I've taken any of these supplements. Recently I started taking ashwaghanda again and noticed a huge calming effect for anxiety and stress. I was considering adding curcumin back into the mix, perhaps some ecklonia cava. But I'm wondering if these supplements are still working for people or not. What do you guys think?
Also have a bottle of MSM.. gonna start taking that again to see if it helps with calcification.
