New experimental regimen

Wanted to go ahead and put this down and maybe if I get results I will update here
Internally I just started the Annurmets pills 2 caps per day I think it’s 4 percent procyanidin b2
I’m mixing roughly 3 percent topical rice bran co2 extract into my morning topical of minoxidil due to the regrowth studies supporting this I’m also adding 9x purple bamboo salt as in studies it reduces Caspase 1 topically which is downstream of shy but could play a major role also it normalizes SOD levels which are lower in balding scalp I also add bamboo salt to my night topical which is olive leaf extract standardized for oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol content here again based on the regrowth studies
After I apply the night topical I use an oversized aluminum meat tenderizer to press and make indentations all over balding scalp hopefully to increase penetration of topical as well as stimulate growth via D-T type therapy

Always goods to experiment. I've been at this for 25 years. Yes, I have had great success. having said that, I would strongly advise against using minoxidil.

On the why, besides some side-effects, which will be more or less noticed or unnoticed, it will derange the skin (age the face more rapidly).

Haven’t stuck with the olive leaf or bamboo salt too messy!
However excited about early results with the annurca
