Sulfur and Magnesium
I used to take the MRM brand of sulfur many moons ago but I have neglected it for years as I never saw much benefit. However, in light of reading how crucial it is for mineral absorption, as pointed out by CS in a few topics, I want to start taking it again but I have a few questions...
1. What's the best current organic sulfur on the market? (that is not from HairEvo)?
2. When is it to be taken? (especially how long away from meals)
3. Does it have to be taken completely on it's own? (I take some supplements in the early morning on empty stomach before the gym etc)
4. Do you need to divide the dose?
Also have a question on magnesium after reading that the orotate form in Decalcify only serves certain purposes.
So therefore...
1. Is it worth taking additional magnesium?
2. What form?
3. What dosage?
4. What is the benefit of this if I already take Decalcify 3x per day?
Thanks in advance.

Good questions I think.
Contrary to what was proposed in the past, I began to experiment with the notion if it was really necessary to consume MSM in the most pristine, pure form during a non-meal window as opposed to taking it in tablet or capsule form that contained excipients.
Having done both, and being frustrated with the more difficult, not to mention very unflattering, bitter taste of the powders--I decided to do the lazy and far more convenient approach with MSM.
Does it work? Yes and I will not be doing it the hard way anymore. I've adapted this approach for quite some time now.
The dosage should be 5 grams per 45/kg or 100 pounds of body weight. No longer do I take it away from meals (yes too lazy and it still works).
Does it have to be Hair Evo? Absolutely not (thank God!) - What I use is this brand of MSM (it's in capsules)
and it's probably the best bang for the buck in terms of capsules.

If the link doesn't bring up the product - just search for bestvite MSM "brand" it's more or less a plain label. Higher saving will be in a quantity of 2 or greater.
That said, it was proposed by an independent, private study that "pure MSM" without any additives (flow agents) would be best. However, I have not seen or found that to be true in my case.
Regarding magnesium. Also another very good question. Yes orotate form is for a very specific use and furthermore, that also is true for topical magnesium. Never depend on either to supply your magnesium needs in totality because it is really the most important mineral for health and slower aging.
There are so many oral forms, each with different characteristics. Suffice to say, would highly suggest to add another form if you're only using orotate solely.

Perfect! Thanks for the info CS.
Regarding magnesium... What do you think of the information in this article?
https://thibarmy.com/magnesium-which-type-should-you-choose/
Based on that article and that I train pretty hard in the gym, I am looking at this Magnesium complex to compliment my Decalcify intake.

Thoughts please?
