How do you stop hair loss then regrow hair if you are a 16 year boy having thin hair?

In my opinion you have to except all the possible influences that
can cause hairloss, for instance candida or thyroid-problems
(in the age of 16 you're actual too young to develop typical MPB).

16 years old is not too young to develop Androgenetic Alopecia. It depends on your genes and how sensitive your hair follicles are to androgens and a range of other factors. Though, I agree it might not be AGA, so you should visit a health professional first. If there is a receding hairline or thinning crown it is most likely AGA.
