Anyone here still do LLLT? Empty Anyone here still do LLLT?

Anyone here still doing LLLT with some kind of helmet? If so, can you share your experience/results?

I have diffuse thinning mainly and I hear LLLT is better for people like me. If it can only maintain hair rather than provide regrowth, I would still consider that a win since I do have a decent head of hair and would be happy to keep what is left.

FWIW, I do have an incandescent lightbulb/brooder that emits red light.. I sometimes use it in the evening as a room light above my head. I can definitely say it helps calm stress/anxiety which in turn can alleviate scalp inflammation.
