I've been looking a while for a decent krill oil brand, what do you health lunatics think of this one?

Misirlou - The potency of that krill oil is a lot less than a standard krill oil from elsewhere. So even though the price is less you would have to take more capsules to equal a single capsule of regular krill oil.

And the premium brand you suggest is?

I did notice that you mentioned something about how fish oil should be fermented and only one brand was offering this? bounce

Misirlou - Sorry I was mistaken, the brand you mentioned is just as good as any other--nothing wrong with it at all.

Regarding fermented oil, that was related to cod liver oil. Specifically Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Oil. Almost all others have been subject to cheaper methods which reduce the natural vitamin content in the oil. Fermented Cod Liver Oil is quite potent so less is needed than a typical dose of cod liver oil.
