Something I noticed about niacin..

I've been doing niacin flushes for a while now, and I've also been doing nofap.
So I take my niacin 500mg after 2 days of nofap and I don't notice a flush whereas on days where I've fapped my flush is vicious. I think this is proof that fapping increases your pgd2
