ZMA supplement Empty ZMA supplement

Hi,
I´m supplementing with ZMA (zinc, magnesium and vit.b6) for anabolic aims, increase of test, etc.Recently, before take ZMA,I have started graying.
Now,I´m aware with the zinc incluided. The daily dosage is 30 mg.Reading information found in the net, seems that elevated doses of zinc could diminish the copper levels wich are responsible for the coloration of the hair , therefore an increasing and acceleration of graying could happen.I would like to know your opinion about this,if I should stop taking it or not.
Thank you.

Many people advise supplementing with zinc; however, it is pretty well known that zinc depletes copper levels in the body. This should be ok as long as you're supplementing with 2 mg of copper. This should make up for any depletion the zinc may cause.

Perhaps a suitable alternative is to take these minerals via a potent multivitamin.
