O/T - Any opinions on Nebulized Glutathione
Hi there CS and others,
I was wondering if you have any opinion on nebulized glutathione? I exercise everyday - running, HIIT, boxing etc, and consider myself to be quite fit but I have noticed that my lung capacity is not the same as it used to be. It certainly takes a bit more effort now to run that extra mile. I did have mild asthma when I was a child but have never had to use ventolin or other asthma drugs. I've never had asthma attacks so I assume I just grew out of it but I always knew that I didn't have the strongest of lungs. I recently heard about about nebulized glutathione where you breathe the glutathione in through a nebulizer and it apparently does wonders for the health of your lungs. Do you have any recommendations on this treatment and how I can go about finding the right equipment, glutathione and protocol? More importantly, is it safe? I really want to improve my lung condition and prevent any deterioration as I get older. Also, do you think it it could help and affect hair growth? Be great to hear if you and anyone else have any views on this? Thanks.

I wrote little about a similar subject...and yes nebulized glutathione does help.

This article might be more relevant, because some people have a defect in the gene upregulation. This might help.

Thanks as always for the info CS. Looks like I'm getting back onto the Broccomax again. It's a wonder supplement that one. Also will look into starting the nebulized glutathione. Great to hear that it works. Cheers
