Nexrutine Cox-2 Inhibitor

Has anybody heard of Nexrutine? It is a supplement extracted from phellodendron amurense tree bark and it supposedly inhibits Cox-2 95% while leaving Cox-1 untouched (it doesn't upset the stomach lining like aspirin). Cox-2 is a main domino in hair loss. I know curcumin lessens Cox-2, but I doubt it blocks 95% of the enzyme. Has anybody tried this?
