THERADOME IS THE WORSE COMPANY THAT EXISTS! STAY AWAY!!!

I just spoke to a buddy of mine who has a theradome helmet. He was the one who told me about theradome and I bought it too.

He had bought it from eBay. He had told Theradome about this from the start, and the helmet is still covered by the warranty. Especially since it was registered successfully.

The helmet turned out to be faulty and the company has been a nightmare.

The whole process of sending the helmet took eight months because they didn't give him an RMA number ticket that is needed prior to sending the faulty helmet.

His helmet is successfully registered for warranty by the way, and he is told via email that they will repair or replace his helmet.

After he sends it, he is told that they can't repair it and won't replace it. For some made up reason that isn't fully explained.

It's been 4 months since he sent the helmet, and now they are refusing to send him back his helmet. That's like stealing $900.

What a disgraceful and horrible company. I don't know what excuse they have but, they sound completely rubbish!

The funny thing is, their website looks all nice. They even have live chat. Like they want to help you or care about you.

Theradome seems to be a SCAM company by the way they run their business. Even though they are registered, but it doesn't mean a thing.
