From what Drexx has reported(rapid loss of his results after slacking on the method for a period) there is no maintenance period and this is a lifetime commitment. That is of course, unless you have some glue to keep the results you have gained from falling out again(DHT inhibitors). I don't think any of us truly knows yet though.
