Sudden chills and body ache Iodine related?
For the past year I have taken iodine on and off. Lately I have been just applying it to my skin.
I have been getting sudden chills and body aching especially in my lower back also with sudden fever. It has happened about every 4 months or so. These symptoms typically disappear by the next morning after sweating it out. This happens very sudden from the evening into the night.
I thought it might go away after a while but it has happened to me again recently and noticed that it might be correlating to me working out and my body being extremely sore. This has usually been happening about 3 days after I have worked out and my muscles are very sore. Is my body deficient in something or has anyone else experienced this?
The first time it happened I thought I was just sick. The second time it happened I thought maybe detoxing. Now I am thinking it is much more. Thanks
