Simple question that should really be talked about more. When is the best time to take supplements as well as what should be taken with supplements for better body uptake. Ive read that taking supplements in the morning with a high amount of fat can really increase body uptake, anybody care to give their two cents?

I don't believe it has much to do with what time of day, but eating some fat with your supplements can aid in absorbtion. Keep in mind that some minerals 'compete' with each other, and so spacing certain minerals apart from one another can be of more help. You'll have to do your research on this one as I certainly don't know all the interactions.

Another thing of note is some supplements increase the absorbtion of other things. One example that comes off the top of my head though is to avoid supplementing with Vit. C when you're eating say, ground beef or you'll absorb more iron. As men we don't want all that iron in most cases, and it can be difficult to get rid of. To reduce absorbtion of iron, drink tea with your beef.
