Re: Heart beats hard and slow when standing up
A lot of people (not always) who get anxiety have a mycotic infection. In other words, fungus. Generally what happens is, there is accumulation of heavy metals (could be mercury from the dentist) or a fungal overgrowth due to antibiotics at some point, or both. The yeast/fungal overgrowth serves to protect against some type of toxin (often heavy metals) or results from a dysbiosis created from antibiotics.
However, even if the two conditions above does not exists, the majority of people who eat processed foods have some level of fungus/fungal infections to a degree.
I happen to love pizza and have never given up on it. However, some will benefit from temporarily cutting out gluten and grain foods, while using plant tannins (they are natural anti-fungals), heavy metal chelation....then eventually follow that up with a probiotic or fermenting foods.
Once the correct probiotics are added in such as Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 and Bifidobacterium longum and other types (they are anti-anxiety), however, it is good to allow the metals to be reduced first, along with the plant tannins and then the probiotics in that order.
A lot of people waste time trying to attack fungus with drugs or head on, not realizing that the fungus exists for a reason to protect the system.
Once the mycotic infection is under control, one can return to these foods. For additional protection, if I'm eating something like a pizza or other grain substance (which I do try to limit), I'll make sure to have grape seed extract and EGCG for protection.
Also, various minerals help keep things in check because heavy metals substitute for the minerals we need. I remember several years ago in my own case, I had a persistent fungus/thrush and it wasn't until I kept up with minerals did this eventually go away for good.

CS, it's possible that tannins are causing migraines in one, due exposing to toxins that are released from dead fungus in the brain, and toxic burden also taxes the liver?

Yes, that's correct. Also adhering to an anti-fungal diet is necessary due to the dehydrating effect of the mycotoxins.
Usually in a situation like that, the tannins are not enough, so sulfur compounds are needed, such as either MSM, NAC, etc.
