Inflammation in joints Empty Inflammation in joints

Post  ElmoSuper8 Thu Aug 07, 2014 12:30 am

I have inflammation in my knees, knuckles and neck. I can only sit cross legged for a short while before my knees feel very stiff and uncomfortable. So my question is if I was able to get a supplement/s that would help with this inflammation would it in turn help with scalp inflammation? If so, what would that supplement/s be? Apologies if I'm way off.

Thanks

ElmoSuper8
