He talks about the causes of brainfog, inflammation, and lists useful supplements and diet tips. He advocates a diet high in resistant starch. I'm not sure how right he is about certain things he writes about, but he is definitely on to something. I tried some of the supps he listed, hypothalamus glandular seems to get rid of anxiety and make me feel normal, the "mitochondrial enhancer" supps are great for energy.
