Should I get a brain MRA? Empty Should I get a brain MRA?

I have been having various issues with my health recently (anisocoria with one larger pupil sometimes, headaches, MS-like symptoms, one arm becoming numb, etc.), which I have yet to figure out what the cause is. The neurologist I went to recently wanted me to get an MRA. I had already had a brain MRI, neck MRI, carotid ultrasound, and other tests to check for vascular issues. However, the doctor says I should get an MRA to be able to narrow the possible issues down further. My issue with this is that I believe they will be using Gadolinium for this. Is it worth getting an MRA for this when there are clearly possible health issues from the MRA itself (I would just like to have close to 100% assurance that I don't have brain vascular issues)? The previous neurologist already told me there is little chance I have any major aneurysms as they checked the MRI voids and nothing looked out of the ordinary. Could I request an MRA without dye? (I read online some brain MRAs are without constrast, so maybe that's a possibility?)

Thanks, that sounds like it could be what I'm suffering from possibly. It's starting to get more annoying now that it's affecting my balance when I walk and stuff.
