Nettle root, Maca, Kuzdu , Foti, Green tea

I have just one guestions, I found on the internet many explanations what these herbs do and what make me scared is:

Nettle root - blocks DHT, but raises Testosterone - then I cannot take it if my testosterone is not ok? I did think, if I have no spiro , what´s blocks testosteron and all androgens and somehow dht that nettle can do the job....saw palmeto - i did not find helpful - what is then true?

Maca - Maca helped me but now I found that Maca also raises testosterone. Then what?

Green tea - new study on one web says, that Green tea does not lower testosteron, but new study shows, that raises. I did think it lower testosteron and raises estrogens, this is what i need

Foti - I found that raises estrogens and like that blocks DHt, hope it is true

Can you help me? What is your experience all of you?

Louise - Maca does not increase testosterone.

As far as the other items, there is little significance to these.

If you want to raise estrogens (the good ones), take Pueraria Mirifica.

Wouldn't bother with Saw Palmetto and wouldn't worry about nettle so much.

What about SP and nettle in a topical solution?

Misirlou - They would not hurt, but speaking topically, Beta Sitosterol would blow these out of the water, and Pueraria Mirifica would blow Beta Sitosterol out of the water.

I hope that Nettle will just block DHT and not increase testosterone, I had the problem with it. I wanted the Nettle to take because I stopped spiro and I have big hair loss and maca cannot solve it.

With Pm, I am just scared because here was one women that took it, and she complain it. I just know, I have to block androgens and DHT and increase estrogens.

Hope it will stop soon for me.

Also I will start next week Curcumin and Reservatrol - I hope this will not make my hair loss worst, one man here had hair loss from it.
