Nettle Root---Good/Bad ?-- hair taking a beating

Anyone had success on Nettle Root? I have really noticed an improvement in the gym and bedroom on it but it has made my hairline and crown much worse. I'm taking it for hairloss all articles say it's great for hairloss, and it increases free testosterone, it competes with DHT, not by reducing it but by binding to the same receptor sites as DHT does thus you are able to keep the perks of DHT but lessen the damage it can cause. Is th increase in free T just as bad as DHT ?

I have been on it for 5-6 months at 3x250mg a day and my hair is considerably worse. I have been on the top 6 for years slowly losing, HM detox, decent diet and exercise.

you COULD be shedding weak hairs and might have wait 2 or 3 cycles of 3 months to see if it works or not. But if theres not even slight improvement by 1 year, then its probably not going to work.. just my take

Nettle root may or may not provide benefits, either way Insignificant since it is not really a direct localized response to the cause of the hair loss...
