CS: Long-term effect of taking Nettle root?

CS: I've read that Nettle Root is a DHT blocker. Are there any bad sides from long term use? Thanks

GoodThings - Not that I have ever experienced. I had Nettle extract on my regimen for a while but dropped it in favor of something else. Never had a problem and don't recall much of any negative feedback on it.
